What is the best treatment for back acne?

How can I tell if it is fungal acne?

Why do I get acne on my back after the gym?
Sweat and friction from tight clothing trap oil and bacteria in the pores. Showering soon after exercise, wearing loose breathable fabric and washing gym clothes after each use helps a lot.
Can the marks on my back be removed?
Red marks often fade with vascular laser or IPL, and brown marks with pico toning or peels, usually over a course of sessions. Deep scars are harder to treat and may need resurfacing.
Is there downtime?
