Aegyo Filler in Busan, Korea A tiny amount of filler to define the soft roll under the lower lashes for a brighter, friendlier eye
Aegyo-sal is the small band of fullness right under the lash line that shows when you smile. At JRYN Seomyeon, Dr. Yoon decides whether it suits your eyes, how much to use, and quotes the price before you agree .

What is aegyo filler?
Aegyo filler is a small injection of hyaluronic acid filler placed just under the lower lash line to create or define aegyo-sal, the soft roll of fullness that makes eyes look brighter and more expressive when you smile. It is a different treatment from tear trough filler, which fills the hollow lower down, between the under-eye and the cheek.
At JRYN Seomyeon, aegyo filler is not listed as a separate menu item, so Dr. Yoon confirms the product, amount and price at your consultation after looking at your eye shape. Because hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme, the result can be corrected if needed.

Aegyo Filler FAQ
Still have questions? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer in English.
How much does aegyo filler cost in Busan?
At JRYN Seomyeon, aegyo filler is not listed as a separate item, so the doctor confirms the product, amount and price at your consultation. For comparison, under-eye filler with Eyelight is listed at ₩290,000 for 0.5 cc, but that is a different area and treatment.
Does aegyo filler hurt?
Most people feel mild stinging or pressure. Numbing cream is applied first, and many fillers also contain a local anesthetic. The injection part is quick.
How long does aegyo filler last?
It often lasts several months to around a year. The product, the amount, your metabolism and how much you move the area all affect how long it lasts. Many people top up when it starts to fade.
Is there swelling or bruising?
Mild swelling for a few days is common, and bruising is possible because the area has many small blood vessels. Avoid alcohol, saunas and hard exercise for a couple of days. Allow a few days before important photos.
Can aegyo filler be removed?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if the result is uneven or you change your mind. Your doctor will explain this at your consultation.
Will it make my under-eye bags worse?
It can if you already have puffy fat bags, because extra volume near a bag makes it more noticeable. That is why the doctor checks your lower eyelid first and may advise against aegyo filler or suggest a different approach.
Can I get aegyo filler as a tourist?
Yes. It is a short, non-surgical treatment. Book through WhatsApp, tell the doctor your flight date, and leave a few days before flying in case of swelling or bruising.
