Can age spots on the hands be treated?
Yes. Age spots on the back of the hands respond well to pico laser. Healing can take a little longer than on the face, so protect your hands from sun and friction afterwards.
Can laser make spots darker?
Sometimes skin darkens temporarily after laser, especially in darker skin types or if it gets sun. This is why the doctor adjusts the settings and why sun protection matters. Melasma in particular can worsen with strong laser.
Is it safe to laser a spot without a check?
