English-Speaking Skin Clinic FAQ
Still have questions? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer in English.
Can I have my whole consultation in English?
Yes. Consultations at JRYN Seomyeon are available in English, including your options, the risks, the downtime and the aftercare. You do not need to bring a translator or speak any Korean. If you have a long list of questions, send them on WhatsApp before your visit so the doctor can cover them all.
Do foreigners pay more?
No. JRYN publishes one menu in Korean won, and the same listed prices apply. For example, wrinkle Botox starts from ₩10,000 per area and Shurink Universe is ₩25,000 for 100 shots. Your doctor confirms the final total, including any add-ons, before treatment starts.
How do I get to the clinic from Haeundae or Busan Station?
Take the subway to Seomyeon Station: Line 2 runs from Haeundae and Line 1 runs from Busan Station. Use Exit 2 and walk about 8 minutes to Samjeong Tower, 672 Jungang-daero. The clinic is on the 4th floor. If you arrive through the Seomyeon underground mall, Exit 16 is about 3 minutes away.
Can I get treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Often, yes, when the schedule allows and the doctor agrees it suits you. Treatments such as Botox, Shurink or Aqua Peel are commonly done on the same day. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates so we can plan the right time slot.
Can I combine several treatments in one visit?
Many visitors combine treatments, for example a lifting device with a skin booster. Your doctor decides what is safe to combine on the same day and in what order. Each item is priced separately from the published menu, and you see the total before you agree.
What if I have a problem after I fly home?
You leave with written aftercare advice, and you can message the clinic on WhatsApp with photos if something worries you. For anything urgent, see a local doctor where you are and share your treatment details with them.
When is the clinic open?
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10:30–20:00, Wednesday and Thursday 10:30–19:00, and Saturday 10:30–14:30. Weekday lunch is 13:00–14:30. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays, so plan Saturday visits early.
