Cosmetic Dermatology for Foreigners in Busan, Korea How Korean cosmetic dermatology works, what it costs, and how to plan treatments around your flight
Korean skin clinics work differently from most clinics abroad: quick consultations, listed menu prices and same-day treatment. This guide explains how to use that well as a visitor to Busan.

Can foreigners get cosmetic dermatology treatments in Busan?
Yes. Foreign visitors and residents can book cosmetic dermatology in Busan without a Korean ID or Korean insurance; cosmetic treatments are paid privately. Most treatments, such as Botox, fillers, skin boosters, lasers and lifting devices, are done on the day of your consultation, so a short trip is enough for many people.
JRYN Dermatology Clinic Seomyeon offers English consultations with a doctor and lists its prices in Korean won, from wrinkle Botox at ₩10,000 per area to Thermage FLX at ₩1,200,000 (300 shots). You agree the plan and total before any treatment starts.

Cosmetic Dermatology for Foreigners FAQ
Still have questions? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer in English.
Do I need Korean insurance or an ID to get treatment?
No. Cosmetic treatments are paid privately, so Korean health insurance is not needed to book. Just tell the doctor about any medicines, allergies or medical conditions at your consultation.
Do foreigners pay higher prices at JRYN?
The prices shown on our site are JRYN's published clinic prices in Korean won. When comparing clinics, check the product brand, the shot count or cc, and whether VAT and anesthesia are included.
Can I get treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Usually, yes. Botox, fillers, skin boosters, lasers and lifting devices are commonly done the same day if the doctor agrees they suit you. Some treatments, like CO2 removal, need healing time, so book them early in your trip.
How long should I wait before flying after a treatment?
For Botox, toning or RF and HIFU lifting, flying soon afterwards is generally fine. After fillers, boosters or Potenza, allowing a day or two helps swelling or redness settle. Your doctor advises for your treatment.
Will the doctor speak English?
JRYN offers consultations in English. You can ask questions directly about the plan, products, dose and aftercare before you agree to anything.
How do I get to the clinic?
JRYN is on the 4th floor of Samjeong Tower, 672 Jungang-daero, an 8-minute walk from Seomyeon Station (Lines 1 and 2) Exit 2, or about 3 minutes from Seomyeon underground mall Exit 16.
Can I combine several treatments in one visit?
Yes, many visitors do, for example Botox with a skin booster, or toning with a facial. The doctor plans the order and checks that the combination is safe for your skin.
What are the opening hours?
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10:30–20:00; Wednesday and Thursday 10:30–19:00; Saturday 10:30–14:30. Weekday lunch is 13:00–14:30. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
